The Morrisby Profile website has been developed by The Morrisby Organisation.

Founded by John Morrisby in 1967, the Morrisby Organisation are leaders in the supply and development of psychometric test systems and services to careers advice and guidance professionals and to HR specialists within a wide range of industrial and commercial settings.

Many commercial organisations use our assessments as part of their development and recruitment programmes. Schools and colleges throughout the U.K. and overseas use the Morrisby Profile as a key part of their careers guidance programme.

Morrisby specialises in producing assessments that can be used for individual development rather than those that aim to classify people in an impersonal and 'ranked' manner.

In the last 5 years, over 1 million people of all ages and from all walks of life have benefited from our services.
